Everything else is great except one incident. I checked in with my dog and one male hotel stuff on that day told me they could place me on a 1ST floor or 2ND floor because I have a pet. This is after I questioned their “pet deep cleaning fee ( not informed when I booked it and paid the hotel fee, and thanks for the extra help here). So he placed me next to a group of tourists who stayed in the hallway and chatted for an hour at 1am, visiting each others rooms throughout the night. My dog ended up barking the whole night because of the noise. But he never barks at night when we were at home. The following morning I saw someone with a dog came from the 4TH FLOOR…… Not sure if my room is on the 2ND floor next to the tourists is just an coincidence or intentional

The staff here is amazing. They are always on top of things. I had the same group the entire weekend and was never disappointed. I will always come back to this specific hotel every Scottish Games in Pleasanton as I have the last 7 years. Always easy, fun, quiet and painless.

AC was noisy and lots of road noise.
