Great hotel close to the beach

We were notified in advance that we needed to check in at the Periwinkle Lodge around the corner so this wasn't a problem. The local beach is an easy walk but we drove to the centre of Plettenburg Bay for the evening. The hotel is the right side of town to visit the Robberg reserve. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was great, with its own patio terrace and an outdoor shower!
