Ideally located in Plonévez-Porzay in a garden of 800m2 privative on a raised and flowered property of 6000m2 of 1880 composed of several stone buildings, in full campaign with impregnable view on the mountain of Locronan, come to discover the beautiful landscapes, but also the beautiful beaches of Finistère, without forgetting its Sunday market place of the church.
Nearby the village of Locronan (2nd favorite village of the French in 2013) is a must during your stay, classified "small city of character" you stroll in its small authentic streets.
The beaches of St. Anne La Palud, Kervel or St Nic Pentrez are only a few kilometers from the cottage. Hiking in the coastal paths or in the Névet wood will allow you to discover the lush nature of the region. You can practice or discover many sports activities, from sand yachting to surfing.
You can go to Douarnenez and visit its port museum or you relax at the Thalasso, discover the peninsula of Crozon and these sites and fantastic landscapes, without forgetting to spend a day in Quimper to visit its cathedral, its museums and its typical narrow streets.

This completely independent house of 95m2 (floor space), classified 3 stars ***, is ideal for a stay with family or friends. On the ground floor you will have a kitchen open to a comfortable living room, a bedroom with 1 bed 2 persons (160 * 200) with a bathroom with walk-in shower, a storeroom with a laundry area and a toilet. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, one with 2 beds for 1 person (90 * 200) and a second room with 1 bed for 2 persons (140 * 190) with a bathroom and a reading area or games and wc separate. Nice Cottage

Modern, well kept cottage. Everything you need, lots of space. Quiet and close to local attractions. Guests must confirm bed linen policy with host before booking. We had some bad communication and ended up being charged 60 Euro for bed linen. I was unaware of this policy until it was too late. Host said it was in the ad, I say it wasn't. Not clear at all. Wifi good. No English on the TV. Three adults, each with own bedroom. Worked well.

De super vacances dans une region magnifique. La maison est au calme tres bien entretenue et hyper bien equipee. Nous avons ete tres bien recus par les proprietaites et les enfants ont adore voir les moutons dans le jardin! Nous recommandons vivement!

Schönes, großes Ferienhaus

Ein schönes Ferienhaus, ruhig und etwas außerhalb gelegen. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich, die Gastgeber nett und hilfsbereit. Die ganze Abwicklung und Kommunikation lief sehr gut ab, obwohl die Gastgeber nur französisch sprachen und wir mit einem Übersetzungsprogramm arbeiten mussten. Anregung: Fliegengitter wären nicht schlecht, da das Haus doch sehr im Grünen liegt, um Spinnen, Mücken und andere Insekten draußen zu halten.

Maison de vacances tres agréable

Logement tres bien équipé et proche de nombreux sites de visite. Contrairement a ce qu on avait lu dans un commentaire, la route près de la maison qui va à locronan et sur la presqu'île de crozon est passagère mais n'est pas du tout bruyante . On l'entend à peine dehors et pas du tout dans la maison.

La propriétaire est très gentille et à l'écoute. La maison est fort agréable, très bien agencée et confortable. Les 2 salles de bains sont appréciables. Notre séjour c'est très bien passé. La proximité de la commune est un plus. Je conseille sans aucun problème ce gîte.

Petite maison indépendante bien adaptée pour la découverte du Finistère Sud

Appréciation très positive de cette maison adaptée pour des vacances en famille de 5 à 6 personnes ou entre couples d'amis. Bien située au pied du village de Plonevez (près de Locronan) et à la convergence des lieux à visiter dans le Finistère sud (Crozon, Pointe du Raz, Concarneau, Quimper, ...)

Gîte très fonctionnel

Location de vacances conforme à l'annonce, très bien équipée et très bien agencée, on s'y sent très vite à l'aise. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter les paysages magnifiques du Finistère, de plus, de nombreux commerces juste à proximité du gîte offrent un confort non négligeable. Bon accueil de la part de la propriétaire. Très agréable aussi, la terrasse et le bruit du petit ruisseau, sans oublier la vue dégagée Nous recommandons cette location très agréable. PS : bien qu'en février, nous avons eu 3 jours de soleil radieux.

Schönes Haus für einen besonderen Urlaub

Wir waren im August zu fünft für 2 Wochen zu Gast in dem wunderschönen Haus. Es liegt zwar in der Nähe einer Verbindungsstraße, aber vom Verkehr haben wir nichts mitbekommen, da das Haus etwas zurückgesetzt hinter Bäumen liegt. Es hat eine wunderschöne, große Terasse mit schönen Gartenmöbeln. Der Bäcker und ein kleiner Supermarkt liegen in Laufweite (rd. 1km). Die Ausstattung ist sehr hell und bietet alles was man braucht. Deutsches Fernsehen gab es nicht, haben wir aber auch danke des guten Wetters nicht vermisst. Am Haus ist auch eine große Wiese zum Ballspielen. Vom Haus ist ist man innerhalb von 45 Min. am Cap du Raz oder in Morgat auf der Presque Isle de Crozon. Nach Quimper oder Concarnau sind es nur rd. 30 Minuten. Vielen Dank Julie!

Idéalement situé pour explorer le département du Finistère. Le logement correspond bien à la description. Il est bien adapté aux familles avec enfants. Certains lits sont motorisés: c'est classe!

Kinderfreundliches Haus in idealer Lage

Obwohl das Haus fast direkt an der Hauptstraße gelegen ist, ist es sehr ruhig mit Blick auf die Felder. Die Einrichtung ist optimal für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. (Hochstuhl, Kinderbesteck, Spielecke und Babybett sind vorhanden). Insgesamt ist die Wohnung für einen Aufenthalt von 6 Personen sehr gut ausgestattet. Lediglich die Ablageflächen für persönliche Dinge sind an manchen Stellen sehr knapp bemessen.

Schönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung

Wir waren zu viert eine Woche in Plonevez - Porzay und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Standort ist gut und man kann schnell viele lohnenswerte Ziele erreichen. Sehr nette Vermieter und eine sehr schöne Terrasse runden das Bild ab. Danke für den netten Aufenthalt.
