Bathrooms badly need upgrading. Caulk between some of the tiles need cleaning. Edge of bathroom door has chipped paint. Old style heaters do not work.
Staff were excellent and brought up a space heater for the room.
Sorry - cannot understand the questions that are only in Francais

I am delighted to be able to assure you that we are currently attending to these remaining aspects of our business with a substantive redecoration and refurbishment program which will continue until all rooms are completed. As an indication of our overall aspiration, I do hope you noted the completed restaurant and bar which reflects the standard that we are moving towards in all areas of the hotel. During the balance of this year, we will be attending to the rest our bedrooms as well as replacing furniture and bathroom fixtures and fittings. This is certainly not the lasting impression we wish to leave with our valued guests. Are outside property being redeveloped and tatty. Toilet difficult to flush

I liked being able to open the windows and enjoyed the tea making facilities.
The water was hot enough for a bath, the bed was comfortable and the television worked well.
Very good value hotel, I enjoyed my stay.

This hotel is a gem in the heart of the city. It was just fine for our needs with friendly helpful staff and easy parking and amenities nearby - lots of lovely places to eat.
Thanks for making our stay so easy and pleasant.
We will definitely stay here again!
