Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I have medication that needs to be kept in the fridge and they were happy to put it to their own fridge. Rooms are kept clean and tidy

No scrambled egg on second day.for breakfast. Apparently shortage of eggs. Also no pastries. For this reason breakfast was expensive.

Had to move rooms as there was a patch of smelly urine on the carpet in the first room which had supposedly been cleaned that day snd signed off by a supervisor. Plates in the restaurant were not clean. Staff were friendly and helpful though particularly the restaurant staff. We have a nut allergy in the family and they went out of their way to check all food and bring us the allergy info folder without us asking to see it.

Great stay. Desk staff were all wonderful. Spacious rooms. I booked this hotel in the middle of a 12 day trip specifically because they have laundry facilities. Did not disappoint! Large washers and dryers. Quick. The desk staff even gave me tokens for the machines. Chose the hotel for that reason, but was very happy and comfortable for many reasons.

Not a bad hotel, what I am disgusted about is hotels.com charging £27 for breakfast per night when it’s £14 in the hotel. This massively inconveniences me. Another example of big companies ripping people off.

We booked a family room to stay for one night and I can’t honestly say I was blown away. Yes the room was a little dated but it was clean, it was big and the beds were clean and comfy. We arrived to bottled water, tea, coffee, biscuits and chocs. The shower was fine. And there was plenty of towels. On check out we were greeted with iced water and a blueberry muffin! We didn’t eat in the restaurant as we were just passing through. I would stay again

Fantastic family stay really accommodating staff
Staff fanstastic, food great quality and good service. Room lovely and great freebies (water biscuits etc). Bed fantatsic good linen Only thing i would say lets it down is decor is a bit dated in room and the swing door between bathroom and toilet is a bit funky
