Excellent stay.

The room was excellent - quiet, easy to control the temperature, very clean, a good size and the bed, mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Complimentary hospitality tray was lovely with biscuits and chocolate as well as a selection of hot drinks to make. Bathroom again proved excellent being clean and modern with super soft fluffy white towels, robes, slippers and toiletries provided. Good car parking on site and would definitely like to stay there again when visiting Plymouth.

Spacious and comfortable room
Publié le 29 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe room was on the third floor facing the rear of the hotel. The room itself was quite large, featured two queen beds and all amenities you’d expect in a hotel! The bathroom had a full-length bathtub and a modern sink. The toilet was in a separate little room, which was good if people wanted to use the bathroom at the same time. There were free bottles of still water, digestives and custard creams waiting for us in the room alongside tea and coffee! The breakfast was reasonable priced (£16 on the day per person) and my little one ate for free, as she is younger than 5 years of age.

Good hotel for business trip

The staff were really really helpful and friendly both at check in and in the restaurant.
The room was clean and contained everything you could need, however the bed was like a trampoline. Also at 12.30 in the morning there was terrible banging and thumping for nearly half an hour which woke us up and kept us awake. I think it was from a nearby room where they were thumping on the door. Also some of the other guests were not well mannered. While I appreciate that this is beyond the hotel’s jurisdiction it did detract from the quality of the stay.
