Super clean, stylish decor, recently renovated and extremely comfortable. Enjoy 4 bedrooms (3 with smart TVs), a brand-new kitchen with all the amenities of home, a comfortable living room with a fireplace and 42” Smart TV, free WIFI, and a full dining room with plenty of dishes, glasses etc. The home has a brand-new bathroom with shower and bathtub, a second newly designed bathroom with shower in the lower level, separate laundry area, great fenced-in, outdoor courtyard in the back, and a spacious front porch complete with rocking chairs for your use to watch the world go by. There are gleaming hardwood floors throughout and lots of New England character. Choose whether you want to cook from home or walk to one of the many nearby restaurants. Very safe location and well-lit.
The home sleeps 7 comfortably. Bedroom 1: King, Bedroom 2: Queen, Bedroom 3: Twin, Bedroom 4: Twin, Basement: Queen bed. While the home sleeps more than 7, we keep to this limit so not to overwhelm our cleaning crew.
We turned our well-maintained garage into an "Activity Center" and it can be rented for a small additional fee per night. It includes many bicycles and fun vehicles for kids, a grill, coolers, mini ping pong table, dart board and corn hole. Please inquire upon booking.
Private parking for three cars is available in the driveway as well as street parking. Minimum night stay may be negotiable depending on bookings. Security deposit applicable on weekly (or more) rentals.
There is coded access from the back door for convenient check-in. We are available for any reason and live close-by. All house rules, suggested hot spots and area tips will be listed for our guests.
