After booking room, we then decided to have breakfast but I did feel it was over priced @£16 per person which then makes the stay a lot more expensive

Location excellent, place clean and staff lovely, spacious room and bathroom, the only fault I could say is that the bed is sooo hard but that’s a personal thing issue.
