Clean and fresh rooms with a very comfortable bed ,breakfast was awesome, very friendly staff

Business Conference facilities.

The business centre and conference rooms are great and one particular staff member - Scarlett Fraser was brilliant her customer service was outstanding - Thank you Scarlett.

There wasn’t enough staff on the reception to check in. ( only one & a long queue. In the evening there was only one young lady serving in the bar & she was very busy & could have done with more help. Otherwise the room was clean & quiet, but could do with more shelves in the bathroom.

Great location
Publié le 19 oct. 2024 sur HotelsWe had a very comfortable stay at Leonardo Hotel in Plymouth. With a short walking distance to the National Marina Aquarium. Very good value and lovely bar meal breakfast.
We were made very welcome.
