Taches sur les murs et sur les draps.
Chambre qui surchauffe au moindre rayon de soleil, sans climatisation ni stores extérieurs et fenêtre qui s’ouvre à peine rendant l’aération difficile.
Hôtel clairement orienté pour maximiser le gain d’argent sans aucun sens client, d’autres établissements d’entrée de gamme réussissent pourtant à assurer un minimum de service client.

My partner and I thought the overall stay was lovely, the communal kitchen to make food/tea-coffee etc was a really good idea, if you want to get a good walk in it’s definitely the place to stay,
Only thing we didn’t enjoy was being able to hear everyone in rooms and being so close to the entrance door we could hear it bang shut every time someone left, other than that the stay was wonderful

Overall our stay was very good we had to make a request for the occupiers of the room next door to turn down loud music this happend. The only other thing issing to our stay was tea coffee making facitlties

Scammer hotel
Publié le 28 juin 2021 sur HotelsAbsolutely descusting went to pay for the room as I went to the room being a disabled person plus 100 pounds deposit the room was up lots of stairs which nearly killed me my wife said we can’t stay here two many stairs no lift we asked for a refund we did not stay there now they are refusing a refund stay well away from this company money grabbers be ware

As stated in our terms and conditions we do not issue refunds for last minute cancellations.

Great Stay shame about Parking
Publié le 2 juin 2021 sur HotelsStay was great. Ideally located next to train station. Very clean and seems all very new. Only down side was parking half a mile away and cost £6.50 with hotel or £4.50 at car park?
