Perfect for us
Publié le 22 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayVery large, quintessential New England colonial with plenty of room for five adults and two kids. Not able to take advantage of the beautiful patio and outdoor area because of three days of torrential rain but was able to accommodate an additional six people indoors for a day after wedding get together with no problem, with plenty of seating area in the living room. Kevin was very quick to respond with our one weather related problem. Would highly recommend a stay here if you’re looking for a large, very clean place.

Disappointed with interior of home
Publié le 4 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house is very outdated and should not be on VRBO. You can visibly see the floor by the stairs in living room is sinking to the basement. I took pictures of the floor. Molding is missing all around the house and hasn’t been fixed, replaced or painted. There was a 4” drop. I I lost my balance several times.There wasn’t one comfortable spot to sit in living room or dinning room. Rug in living room was very dirty and needs cleaned. Living room had 2 recliners that made sounds of breaking every time you raised it. Couches were literally benches. Awful. Furniture was very old and in need of replacing. Bathrooms were good except the upstairs tub took hours to drain. The kitchen was extremely outdated, but it was stocked with everything you need. One TV in the whole 5 bedroom house. We were stuck watching what the kids wanted because we had no other choice. You should have TV’s in all bedrooms. The outside was nice but the pool was dirty and had to be cleaned before we could use it. We love MA but I would not stay here again.

I cleaned and vacuumed the pool that morning. This house was totally remodeled in the spring of 2022. All the appliances in the kitchen were bought at that time. The thing about the floor falling in, is just not true. The rug in the living rm is shabby chic, to her than may mean dirty. It was just vacuumed that morning. The couches are built-ins just like the built-in china cabinets in the dining room and I have had no other complaints about them. The recliners are electric and were bought last year from Jordan's furniture, a high quality store, again no other complaints from guests. My reviews have been consistently 5 Star reviews across all platforms. We have had hundreds of guests and none of them ever complained about having to watch tv with their children or grand children. Not one complaint about only one tv. The tv happens to be a Samsung 65" flat screen smart tv with over 300 channels of verizon cable, Netflix and a couple of streaming apps. Future guests can read my reviews and make up there own minds about the truth. we have to review our guests also and we have to submit our review before we can read the guests review. In my review which I won't I explain in detail here because it is personal but at the end they ask if I would rent to this guest again. My answer was NO and none of us want to lose a customer..

Fun Times

We enjoyed the reminence of feeling like we were visiting grandma's house. The house gets the job done and has all of the necessary updates to keep it comfortable, including air conditioning in each room. The ouside living is really were it is at with this house. Enjoyed the pool, gas fire pit, large patio, and the new hottub. This house is also very close to everything you would ever need in Plymouth and does not break the bank.

Owner is very responsive to questions and anything that comes up during the stay.

Perfect Home for Six
Publié le 29 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayKevin was very accommodating and communicative. The house was well stocked with kitchen items as well as plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable. There was even an ADA chair/stool for the shower, which was perfect for one of my family members. The large patio was wonderful. Highly recommend staying here.

Pool House was perfect

Communication with Kevin was clear and he was very responsive. Great location - near town and near the beach. Would definitely recommend.

Clean and Cozy VK spot!
Publié le 9 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayI loved staying at this house. The deck was the main attraction. It was HUGE and had a lot of seating for a lot of people. We were very impressed with the amount of linens left, and the cleanliness of the house. I would definitely stay at this house again and recommend others as well!
