Hôtel idéal à Tobago

Piscine immense.
Repas variés et bien préparés.
Chambre un peu vieillotte mais très propre.
Hôtel pieds dans l'eau + grande plage propre.
Un vrai all inclusive avec le five o'clock .

Hôtel accueillant, au calme donnant sur la plage
Publié le 10 juill. 2014 sur ExpediaAvec un anglais des plus approximatifs, nous avons malgré tout passé un très agréable séjour.
Le personnel s'est montré très compréhensif et attentif envers nous.
L'hôtel est très agréable, les chambres donnent un accès direct à la plage.
La sécurité de l'hôtel est tout à fait satisfaisante (nombreux gardes et coffre-fort dans la chambre).
Le all inclusive était largement à la hauteur de nos attentes (repas assez variés, cuisine très correcte, boissons à volonté, le tout dans une hygiène irréprochable).

Advertise that they take AMEX and they don’t so we found that out the hard way.
Dinner isn’t great but the breakfast and beach bar for lunch are good and very decently priced
The bar lacks variety

Thank you for taking the time to post your review. It is wonderful to read that you appreciated the comfort of the hotel and its location on the best beach in Tobago. We do apologize for having AMEX as one of the accepted forms of payment. This was an erroneous oversight, but it has been sorted out. It is unfortunate to read that you felt dinner was not great, and though the overall score on the food is 84%, this will be addressed with our Chef. Thank you for acknowledging the breakfast, and lunch at D'Grill. The parking peovided by the hotel was an open lot near a fishing facility next door. Had to park my new van in the bushes. The waiting time to check in was almost 3 hours. Got the wrong room after the long wait along with the wrong key. Room located extremely far from reception so this was not pleasent. Towel replenishment was absent. Remote controls had no batteries in the room. Overall an unpleasent expierence along with many other guests experiencing the same situations during my stay.
Food was at least decent.

It was comfortable. We enjoyed the food variety and ambiance. The beach and pool was awesome. I had a fabulous time with my family.
