Pour : Simple, prix raisonnable et ptit déjeuner.
Emplacement : Espaces verts et universités. Endroit agréable.
Simple et efficace, cet hôtel a un bon rapport qualité prix. Il est situé dans un endroit agréable et a des magasins d'alimentation a proximité.

Not even close to the pics on the website! Breakfast was extremely limited, room was dirty and in disrepair, key card had to be reprogrammed every time I would try to get back into my room, outside security doors were broken or not usable, toilet seat was too small for toilet, freezer struggled to keep stuff frozen even on highest setting. Worst hotel stay I’ve ever had!

Thank you for your review Dan! I do recall having to reactivate your key for you during your stay with us. With our interaction I wouldn't of been able to guess that you had any of these issues and I saw you on day 2 of your stay. I have also responded to another review of yours which mentioned other issues you came across as well. I would of gladly helped you with any problems you faced had you have mentioned any of the issues you are now. I do apologize that your stay wasn't as you had expected.David Roberts

I went to check in and nobody was around and they had a phone number to call for service and it didn't work

We have many things going on here that need taken care of throughout the day, I'm sorry that we can't have someone sit at the front desk waiting on people to come in for check in, but no one is more then a few seconds away from getting to the front desk for help. Your call not working has to do with your service provider and not with us as that was the first time I've seen that happen with a guest calling for assistance. I would love to hear more about your stay with us and we hope to see you again!David Roberts

A little dingy and shows its age, but was clean with good service. Can’t beat the location for proximity to the university.
