Outdated & Uncomfortable

Very outdated, our room had cracked floors. The lamps were not dusted. Had razor head trash behind dresser. Old springy beds. Was expecting better comfort and cleanliness for the price we paid to stay here.

We had just come from a hotel that had a game room for kids to hang out in and when my kids found out that there wasn’t one at this hotel they were so disappointed. There were also a lot of cobwebs in the upper corners of the room, so even though the rest of the room seemed clean, I couldn’t help feeling it wasn’t. Breakfast was lovely and the front desk staff members were always friendly and helpful. The back outside door had a sign saying that the door was locked for our safety, but the lock was broken and we didn’t need a key card to get in. We were grateful for the extra locks on our suite door.

The bathroom sink was clogged when we arrived at 3:00 pm notified front desk and repairman not available until the next morning. The bathtub had a black stain and was told it was the rippled effect on the tub design that made it hard to clean . The grout on the bathroom floor was black

Property is starting to age. It’s as clean as I’d prefer. Stains in the tub. Things you touch like thermostat were quite dirty. With that said the bed, carpet Ect were in very good shape.

Staff were amazing. Rosemary and her team helped us out a lot after some car trouble, including calling ahead to our next location in Boise. Above n beyond
