The hotel is a little old. Shower leak out of de rainshower. The bed was comfertable.

The employees were amazing and very kind and helpful we came early from a long trip and asked if we could have an early check in and he was very understanding and had the rooms ready for us early. The place was also very clean . The only thing I was a little disappointed in was the blow dryers didn’t work well but they did accommodate me with a new one.

2 star hotel

I have no idea why anyone would rate this a 4 star hotel, well, maybe if you arrived from North Korea. Booking here for me, was a mistake. For starters there is no restaurant, no shurttle, no room service and nothing near by. But the staff tried, luckily there is a goodmarket mearby, rooms were cleaned everyday, front desk friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and shower strong and hot. Some negatives: nothing close by, no prices on mini bar fridge items, there’s wine in the frig but no wine glasses to drink it in. There is a terrace but it’s only ablut 10’ wide, a chair could not fit. Iwould not stay here again.

Dear Mr.Jon ,we are very sorry that you carry negative impressions after your stay in our hotel. Namely, hotel Lazaro is a 4-star hotel and is equipped according to the latest standards. Each room has a minibar with a price list, including the room you are staying in. A coffee and juice maker is available to guests 24/7. Reception is also available 24/7. A la carte restaurant, unfortunately we still do not have in the hotel ,but food delivery and room service are also available until 10pm. Buffet breakfast is from 7 to 10am. As for the location of the hotel, it is 3 km away from the city center, has an excellent connection with all roads, taxi transport to the centre is about 2.5 €. If only you had contacted the reception I am sure they would have resolved all your requests. Thank you . Kind regards

Will stay again!

The hotel is beautiful! It has large modern rooms, comfortable beds, roomy shower, friendly and helpful staff, very clean facilities and a delicious buffet breakfast with lots of choices. Just a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport and the fare was 25€ with traffic.
