Great place!
Publié le 22 août 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had wonderful holidays ! The house is perfectly equipped and very modern, it consist of 3 appartement; perfectly suited for us as we were 2 families and young couple. We loved a pool and direct access to the beach!

Big , Nice House at the Beach

Loved the sea at the house.
And most of all the owners were very friendly, helpful, and nice people.

Amazing holiday

Wonderful villa, amenities & location
Publié le 3 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed our stay at the villa. As we were a party of 4 adults & 4 teenagers the 3 separate apartments worked well for us. It was great to have so much space to relax individually but also come together for meals etc. Fabjan and Ivana were very responsive and extremely accommodating hosts and Fabjan’s mother (who lives onsite behind the apartments) ensured everything onsite was ok for us daily during our stay. Just one suggestion might be to have some fans available in the bedrooms in the summer months as there was only 1 AC unit in the living rooms of each apartment and some of the bedrooms had very little airflow. Access to the beach was amazing and we enjoyed the use of the many sun-loungers on the beach itself. We also loved exploring the many restaurants and bars which were a short walk along the beach from the villa. Thank you Fabjan and Ivana for a really lovely stay, your kind hospitality was appreciated!

Tolles Ferienhaus mit 3 Wohnungen
Publié le 3 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWir haben das Ferienhaus mit 5 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern gemietet und dabei die 3 Wohnungen genutzt. Im Haus findet man absolut alles, was man benötigt und vieles mehr. Über Handtücher, Seife, Duschbad, Spülmittel, Geschirrspültabs ist alles dabei. Die Nutzung von Waschmaschine sowie Trockner war auch möglich. Die Wohneinheiten sind liebevoll und modern eingerichtet.
Die direkte Strandlage ist perfekt. Am Strand stehen Sonnenliegen zur Verfügung. Der Garten bietet mehrere schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten.
Der Pool wird von der sympathischen Oma, die vorne am Ferienhaus wohnt, gereinigt. Sie hat uns gern bei Fragen weitergeholfen und uns mit Tomaten, Kürbis, Olivenöl und auch Gebackenem versorgt, ohne das es aufdringlich war. Es war ein toller Urlaub und die Gastgeber/Vermieter waren sehr fürsorglich.

Our Stay in Podstrana
Publié le 28 août 2024 sur HomeAwayIt started with being greeted by Fabjan at the property on arrival. A fantastic meet and greet where he showed us around and signposted us to the important things like coffee machines (excellent), air con and all other amenities whilst also giving us a cold beer during the meet and greet - fantastic.
Fabjan helped with all questions and also offered to take us to the large supermarket the next day to get some supplies which was a massive help.
The villa is incredible and even bigger than it looks and is described. We had the pleasure of seeing Fabjan’s mother most days who always ensured we had fresh towels and towels on all the sun beds before the day really got started, she also played a big role in making us feel welcomed and she was fantastic with all of the children from both families, she even cooked pancakes for all the children and brought fresh fruit for them also, she added to what was a fantastic villa and a fantastic host.
The beach is truly beautiful and having it at the back of the villa is just amazing whereby we could sit on the sinners on the patio and watch the older children in the sea
We will be going back in the future and we are looking forwards to seeing Fabjan when we return to Croatia in the future

Wow
Publié le 7 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe PERFECT family holiday, what more can we say, everything was thought of. The villa was amazing, very well equipped with incredible views of the sea in the day and sunset on an evening. We even spotted dolphins one morning which was so special. We are a family of 10 made up of all ages from 9 to 72 and there was something for everyone to do and enough space to relax when needed. The hosts Fabian and Ivana were fabulous with Ivana bringing us fresh baking one day which was just delicious. So a massive thank you again to them. The nearby bakery and supermarket is very handy, we visited everyday and of an evening we took a stroll along the beach either left of right and found some beautiful restaurants which again had something for everyone’s tastes. We can’t wait to return, we have all found a new love for Croatia 🇭🇷

Publié le 11 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur family from Australia stayed for 6 nights leading up to our sons wedding. From the minute we booked until we checked out our hosts were amazing. The villa is even better than the photos and the location and beach is beautiful. Bus station direct to Split right outside. Supermarket 200m. Just wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfection in Podstrana

Fantastic owners Fabjan and his mother who delivered home made pastries and peaches, one of the best villas I have ever stayed in anywhere in the world.
You made our Croatia experience one of the best holidays with the kids.
