Une superbe maison, très agréable pour 2 familles avec enfants
Publié le 19 août 2019 sur HomeAwayNous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances dans cette villa. Accueil par la propriétaire sympathique et chaleureuse. Une ancienne demeure avec beaucoup de charme et avec une grande piscine où les enfants ont passé beaucoup de temps.

Bellissima villa
Publié le 25 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwaySono tornato per la seconda volta in questo Palazzo stupendo per festeggiare il mio 50 esimo compleanno, se io potessi ci vivrei per sempre lí: avevo la camera di fronte alla piscina con dei soffitti a stella e il bagno en suite, con la doccia enorme. Ho chiesto di fare il late safe check in, perché sono arrivato in aereo tardi la notte , e il mio host ha organzzato un trasfer con Renê Taxi per tutto il gruppo. Noi abbiamo avuto un tempo fantastico, abbiamo avuto il cuoco che ha cucinato per noi i piatti tipici del luogo, la terrazza per il pranzo all'aperto era favolosa. L'aria condizionata era efficiente in ogni camera da letto e abbiamo dormito benissimo- Per la veritá, al piano terra i muri in pietra sono cosi possenti che la casa é fresca naturalmente . Questo é davvero un posto speciale che merita di essere abitato almeno una volta nella vita ! Grazie Maria per tutti i servizi che ci hai fornito degni di un albergo a 5 stelle ! Spero di tornare ancore, non c'é due senza tre!

Publié le 23 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayUna villa incredibile!!!! Quando io sono entrato nel PALAZZO, mi sono sentito trasportato indietro nel tempo, in una dimensione storica avvolto nella bellezza . Gli spazi esterni a luglio erano mozzafiato, profumo di lavanda e di arance, lime, prugne e una vite di uva ancora acerba avvolgeva la terrazza, una poesia ! Non potevo credere ai miei occhi , era molto piú bello dal vivo che sulle foto. Le foto non rendono giustizia alla bellezza di questo posto fantatico . La casa ha interni degni di una rivista, enorme con 5 bagni davvero confortevoli . La doccia del piano terra era strepitosa e la mia camera grande quasi 100 metri. Fantastica vacanza , esperienza indimenticabile , host davvero molto molto affifabile , torneremo sicuramente !

Hidden Gem
Publié le 2 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayFantastic place in a small friendly village. We had a great week with quite a few excursions. Otranto was an interesting and beautiful place. Rene who drove us all week was extremely reliable. Can really recommended his taxi and transfer service. 🙏
Maria was there for us whenever we wanted.

Amazing holiday

We loved Poggiardo and local beach of Castro
The house has a wonderful pool and terraces. We will definitely be back

Perfect stay in a beautiful house
Publié le 26 août 2023 sur HomeAwayFamily holiday of 14 (9 adults and 5 children). Right from the start, Maria (property manager) was excellent, fast responses to any questions and no problem that couldn’t be solved.
House is amazing, lots of space, salt water pool that’s deep enough for the 10/11yr olds to stand safely, gorgeous side-garden with hammock, boules, orange and lime trees, table soccer and bicycles.
Located right on the main piazza in Poggiardo within walking distance of many excellent restaurants, café’s, gelato and cake shops and the market on the square every Wednesday morning!

Great stay in a magnificent Palazzo
Publié le 19 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThe villa was fantastic for 2 families (4 adults, 6 kids). Great pool area and spacious living quarters. Poggiardo is a lovely little town, just outside the villa gates and unspoilt by tourism. Restaurants were of a high standard and served the tastiest Puglia delicacies. The host, Maria, was so helpful in arranging transfers, restaurants and giving advice on the area (including beaches). Highly recommended for a holiday.
