Very nice and spacious room, great location, check in was easy. On a windy cold winter day we could not get this second floor unit warm enough. I had to turn heat up to 76 degrees and it was still cold in room.

Bare bones room. No coffee maker (it's in the office) or refrigerator. Noisy road outside. But: Warm on a cold night, relatively inexpensive, clean, and close to quiet end of the beach.

Nice place
Room was clean and comfortable. Looks like they’ve gone through renovations not long ago. The only things I could see to make it better in the room would be to have a microwave and Add handles for getting in and out of the shower.

Booking a motel for the first time always feels like a gamble, but we were so happy here. Staff was friendly and fast, even though it was a holiday weekend. Room was clean (not a hint of a smoke smell) and comfy. We would definitely stay here again!

Spartan but clean and comfortable. Desk man was attentive and helpful. Great area restaurants and taverns. Stayed during November so the area was in hibernation. Right across the street from the beach and boardwalk. Would stay again and recommend.

The Sand Pebble over all is a nice place. Convenient to the Boardwalk as we were there for an event at Martel Tiki Bar. Can be a little noisy on a Saturday morning. The one complaint I heard from a few people including my GF was the Guy behind the front desk. Very nice to me, but I he was rude to my GF and I heard the same from others who stayed that weekend. The young lady that checked me out couldn't have been any nicer. Overall, it was a good stay and a place we'll visit again next Nov.

Great place for a quick work trip. Off season, so hardly a sound. Safe area and easy walk to the beach to catch the sunrise. Internet worked fine for emails and meetings. TV reception stinks, but I don't watch a lot anyway. Very basic amenities. No vanity, hair dryer, coffee ,etc... BUT, overall still a surprisingly great stay. Very clean (beat every name brand I've stayed at this year). Very friendly staff. Very comfortable bed. I would go back if I'm ever in the area.

The room was nice and renovated and the bed was comfortable. There was a problem at check in, but he was able to solve it quickly and was very friendly. The location was one block from the water/boardwalk, so we were able to access the beach easily. I would definitely stay again.

Always clean and comfortable. One of our favorite point pleasant properties. Close to the beach and boardwalk. Quiet part of town.
