Sejour en famille mars 2016 dans un endroit a Maurice ou la plage reste peu visite qui garenti une tranquilité sans le touriste de masse la location kayak a 300 roupi reste un mauvais pub sinon tout etait parfait

Très bel appartement en bordure de mer

Appartement très spacieux (3 chambres) et bien équipé : lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, station iPod, TV, lecteur DVD, frigo américain, ... Un seul bémol : il n'y a aucun magasin dans les environs immédiats et il vaut donc mieux avoir un véhicule.

Our family found the rooms to be clean and spacious. Its right on a beautiful stretch of beach, (plus the pool is really nice too)..all located close to nearby food market.

Poor maintenance/hygiene, management disinterested

I stayed at Paradise Beach with my husband and 1-year old son and was so incredibly disappointed. I often rely on online reviews when booking a holiday and Paradise Beach had good ones, so I was looking forward to staying there for 5 nights. Unfortunately, we had a lot of issues during our stay: - when we arrived, it smelled damp in the apartment - there was mould/damp in one of the bedrooms - there were mouse droppings in the kitchen drawer + on one of the beds - the aircon in one of the bedrooms wasn't working - the fan in the living room wasn't working - the safe broke down - we slashed the tyre of our car on the gate ridge (in the middle of the driveway) and were informed this had happened to other guests as well - a warning about this would've been nice Whilst some of these issues were looked into promptly, it felt like the apartment just had been badly looked after and needs an overall upgrade. Management apologised for these issues, explaining we've had a string of bad luck (which I disagree with, as per my comment above about the overall state of the apartment) and offered us something to make up for the inconveniences, but then never delivered/followed up on this. It felt like they didn't care enough. Also, the apartment (we stayed in 1A) was very dark, looks like the photos have been edited to make it look brighter than it really is. The only nice things I can say about this place are that the beach is beautiful and the cleaning lady was very friendly.

We apologize for any inconvenience faced in our apartment. Rest assured that your comment is being considered and the needful have already been done to make your next stay with us more comfortable. However, when the matters were raised to the resort manager, he did everything possible to make you feel at home. Concerning the compensation; the in-house chef couldn't attend as it was raining heavily. You understood that canceling the dinner was more prudent as per the weather. Our resort manager nevertheless, help you to order food. The maintenance team intervened for the safe, the fan as well as the AC, which were fixed on the next day. Please know that your situation was an exception. We care deeply about our guests’ satisfaction. We do understand your frustration and once more we thank you for your feedback, which helps us to improve our services. Nevertheless, we hope that you still enjoyed your holidays in Mauritius and we look forward to welcoming you soon as we are now better aware of your needs and preferences.

Emplacement : Apartment ist ruhig gelegen und an der Küstenstraße direkt am Meer. Wassersport in den umliegenden Hotels möglich.
Wer entspannte Tage am Meer verbringen möchte, ist genau richtig! Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment lässt mit Chefkoch-Service und Baguette-Service keine Wünsche offen. Bike-Verleih ermöglicht Erkundungen in der Gegend. Wassersportmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Supermarkt ist gut erreichbar mit Bike oder Taxi.

Perfect place for a honeymoon

The apartments are amazing, we stayed in the premium apartment - and we loved it! The only thing was that the beds were pretty hard... The view from the apartments and the beach and outdoor-area was absolutely perfect. The area nearby the apartments were not much to brag about, and we missed the opportunity to have many shops and places to eat out. But - the apartments have an arrangement with a place you can buy takeaway from, and they bring it to you free of charge. You can also have a chef come to your apartment and cook you seafood. Compared to our country (Norway), it's quite cheap here. The apartments have an arrangement with a taxidriver - so you can call him whenever you want to go somewhere (Otherwise you can rent bikes for free from the apartments). A trip to the local supermarket (including him waiting when you shop) will cost you 400 rupees. A trip around the island (a full day) will cost you 4000 rupees. Everyday you get a fresh baguette delivered on your door. If you want to go to the spa, you can call the nearest hotel - Preskil. You can also go there to eat out. If you want to do some activities in your holiday - contact Jeff. He will come and say hello to you during your stay, and he will arrange everything for you (if you wants him to). We went on a walk with the lions, a trip to the seven coloured earth, to the Vanilla crocodile park and on a boat trip to the island Ile aux cerfs. We would recommend all of these things! We had a perfect honeymoon here!
