I stayed in Landmark Pokhara for two days in June and the experience was amazing. The staff was well behaved and cooperative. Special thanks to Ms. Rozeena for fulfilling all our requests and making our stay a memorable one.

It was a terrible experience. We didn’t have enough towels, toilet paper. The room was not done until 4.30pm after we complained. The bedsheets are old and rough to sleep in. The mats in the room are dirty. The electricity keeps cutting off. This should be rated as a three star hotel.

Hospitality was good and staff were well behaved. Only drawback was the breakfast was cold and staff insufficient to look after all the guests adequately. Location and hospitality great but has inadequate staffing for the restaurant.

Room is clean and spacious, hotel staffs are friendly, how ever restaurant service is terrible. Breakfast is filled with Indian food (for a second I was confused if I am in hotel in Nepal or south india,) with not much option for people who do not like spicy from morning. Funny part is when asked for regular coffee (americano), manager said there is no coffee available to purchase in entire pokhara so no Coffee.
