Publié le 30 avr. 2019 sur Hotels2名で出張していて、1名しか予約できていなかったというトラブルがあったのですが、フロントの方が親身になって対応していただけて、問題は解決しました。
中でも、フロントに日本に住んでいたことがあるという女性がおられて、助けていただきました。こういったトラブルの時に、日本語が通じることのありがたさと言ったら。
部屋の内装は比較的新しいと思います。6階建ての5階部屋で、客室としては最上階でした。湖から少し距離があったためか、窓からは少ししか湖は見えませんでした。立地的には、数々のレストランやお店が並ぶレイクサイドまで歩いてすぐなので、比較的良かったです。

Publié le 31 oct. 2018 sur Hotelsオーナーは日本語を話すので、ルンビニーまでのバスチケットやカトマンズまでのエアーチケットをお願いしたり、サランコットの丘までのタクシーを手配して貰ったりと大変助かりました。
又、スタッの方も大変親切でSIMカードの購入や開通手続きを行ってくれたりと、オーナーだけでなく大変お世話になりました。
ホテルの場所はレイクサイドの大通りから5分位の距離で静かです。
少し歩くと美味しくて安価なカレー料理屋（チキンカレー・玉子カレー・ナン2種類・ビール2本で870円！驚愕‼︎）も近いです。
2週間宿泊しましたが大変良かったです。
次回も機会があったら宿泊したいとおもいます。
CP最高のホテルだとお薦めします。

Thank you for your feedback I am sad to hear that room was not clean and staff were not helpful, but when I welcome you in hotel and show you room you said was good and we do ask you if you need any help and you said will ask if needed. You could tell us if there was any problem in the room then we could provide you another room. Even it was election day where many thing were closed but we provide you service. our staff are always willing to help our guest.
I am sure it will not happen to you next time.

Great stay at Hotel River Park

My room was upgraded, spacious, clean and a comfortable bed. My initial booking was for one day and extended for 3 days at the hotel. I get to try a variety of delicious breakfast every morning, especially Nepalese cuisine. I will certainly return to Hotel River Park in future. Keep up the good work!

安くて清潔な宿です
Publié le 24 déc. 2016 sur Expedia大通りから少し入ったところにある静かなホテルです。送迎サービスは無いので自力で行く必要がありますが、安くて清潔なホテルです。
この値段で朝食付き、立地も買い物には便利で安全です。シャワーも問題なく使え、水回りもそれなりにキレイです。
タオルはボーイさんに要求すれば何枚でもくれますが、クーラーは使えない部屋が多いので少し寒かったです。ベッドの寝心地は○。部屋からはヒマラヤがよく見えました。
フロントの対応も丁寧で、色々な手配も代行してくれるようでした。
予約して損することはないと思いますよ！

湖畔に程近い便利なホテルです

清潔なベッド、水回りも問題ありません。スタッフも笑顔で色々と対応してくれて好感が持てます。タオルやクーラーのリモコンは言わないとくれませんが、言えばちゃんとくれます。
この立地、この値段で朝食付きですから、お得だと思います！

Lovely hotel even better staff
Publié le 15 août 2016 sur ExpediaThe rooms are very well appointed with beautiful crisp white sheets. None of those fuzzy blankets that are ubiquitous in the Nepali hotels (whose cleanliness doubtful at best). Climbing into a lovely clean bed at the end of a long day was truly magical. Not to mention AC, that was a haven cool serenity from the brain melting heat of a Nepali August.
What makes this hotel really excellent is the staff though. Bishnu is a fantastic human being. His obvious care for all of the guests staying at the hotel is a welcome surprise. Anything that I needed, Bishnu was there to help. The rest of the staff were equally helpful and kind.
My only caveat to a potential guest is that contrary to what it says on Expedia- there is no pool on the grounds.

Need to be more clear about activity costs
Publié le 27 juill. 2016 sur ExpediaHotel staff is friendly but tried to convince me that I needed a guide and driver for activities. I asked how much and was told $35 usd but the day ended up costing me over$100 usd and the guide and driver were unnecessary for the majority of the day. The info was not clear and I felt ripped off. Also, bed was hard and room was not cleaned or stalked during my stay.

Sad to hear that your stay was not so good, We think that we do tell you about the price for Guide and sarangkot Vehicle and once Paragliding was cancelled you had done Pokhara Valley Sightseeing extra also Pick up from Stupa. I think you were misunderstood, You may ask with other agent and people how much it will cost for, Sunrise to sarangkot, Pokhara Valley Sightseeing, Pick up from World peace Stupa and for a Guide. We will never charge extra for our valuable guest, we do care our guest, We think that guest are our God. We think because of rainy day you couldn't enjoy your trip otherwise it was good trip for a day trip.

It is very near to fewa lake you can walk and early morning you can see mountain which is breath taking . The food was good including breakfast . They advice what to do in pokhara and if you they book for you also . I fully recommend this hotel
