Property is in a great location. A block from the lake and minutes from shopping area. Breakfast buffet was good, and the staff and service was excellent.

The hotel is a little dated but the location is excellent as it is close to the lake, shops and restaurants. The best thing about the hotel is the warm and friendly staff. Special shout out to Manu, Nischal and Sujata at the front desk who were super helpful with all my needs like changing to a higher floor room, recharging my SIM card, arranging for airport transfer, etc. They served with excellence and professionalism. I would definitely return to Hotel Sarowar because of their exceptional service which is 5 star!

This is an excellent facility. Great customer service. Very convenient and safe. Delicious meals! If I am back in Pokhara, you know I am completely hooked!

I got my room on 7th floor it’s was dark . In my room there was no table and chair shower water doesn’t have force and it was cold not even warm . The drainer was block . I understand it is difficult time coz of covid but need to fulfill once you open for service . I will be back to see improvement next time
