Reasonable priced hotel in great location

Good hotel with perfect location

Rooms are getting a little bit worn off, but are still good value for the price. I come here since 10 years and am still satisfied. Good midrange hotel in Pokhara.

Emplacement : レイクサイドのメインストリートから100ｍほどのところにあり、買い物や食事等、何をするにもとても便利な場所にあります。忘れ物をしてもすぐ取りに帰れます。
アンナプルナベースキャンプへのトレッキングのため、ガイドの手配とTIMSおよびPermissionの事前取得を日本からお願いし、スムーズに手配して頂きました。
トレッキングの際、近所のトレッキング用品店でシュラフをレンタルし、トレッキング終了後返却しようとしたところ、店が閉まっていて返却できない事態になり、翌朝にはカトマンズに出発することから、デポジットを回収できず困っていたところ、スタッフの方がその店に電話をして、かなり時間をかけて粘り強く交渉してくださいました。最終的に、その日のうちに返却することはできませんでしたが、スタッフの方がデポジット分を立て替えてくださいました。普通では考えられないことだと思います。
建物は新しくはありませんが、清潔でとても快適でした。また、レイクサイドから至近距離にあり、利便性も高く、宿泊費との兼ね合いでもお勧めです。

Good location
Publié le 3 sept. 2017 sur HotelsI'd paid for an economy room and got what I paid for. My room was tiny but perfectly adequate, I only really needed a bed and a shower as I wasn't planning to be in the hotel that much.
The management were very helpful and friendly in fact I got a knock on my door in the morning to tell me that there was a good view of Fishtail Mountain if I wanted to go up to the roof to have a better look.
The hotel is in a good location, just a few minutes away from the main road where all the bars, restaurants and shops are.

Publié le 29 mai 2017 sur Expediaオーナーさんらしき人は明るく感じのいい方でした。敷地の入口には警備員もいて安心です。一番安い部屋でしたが、お湯もしっかりでましたし、トイレ&バスルームも広くて清潔でとてもよかったです。ポカラのホテルは5箇所目ですが、また利用したいホテルです。

街の中心にあるホテル
Publié le 7 mai 2017 sur Expediaマネージャーのダムさんは何でも相談にのってくれるので、遠慮なく何でも聞いて問題無し。レストランや買い物、湖も近くて便利な場所のわりには宿代も安い方。隣のホットサンドイッチ屋さんが美味しいので、そちらもおすすめ。

Wi fi not working at all
No hot water even in morning and if bath is required then only one option take cold water bath in cold morning or cancel your programme and most important is listening your complain.
Employees responce when complained was
" complain anyone we don't care "
" Maybe our stay was free
and complementary "

Thank you very much for your feedback. We was try to make you a happy that's way we give you the deluxe room instead of standard room booking . I think why you are not happy with our service. May be you know our hotel is the family hotel . I know why you are not happy because of you want to stay until 8 pm with out pay. The check out time is before 12 noon that's way you are not happy. any ware thank you very much for taking the time to write . And I remember when you arrived in the hotel you said you gone write bad thing on the expedia. also .

Friendly helpful staff

Pour : Friendly helpful staff. Size of rooms. Walking distance to attractions.
Contre : Continue refreshing decor; some rooms others already done.
Emplacement : Close to lake. Good Restuarants/Bars and shopping on doorstep. All booking agent/activities easily reached from here and also on site.
After a long journey the pretty courtyard and welcoming staff were a delight. The rooms a good size with comfy chairs and separate bathrooms. Decor a bit tired but clean. We were off trekking so being able to leave extra luggage in safe storage with identity tickets was a bonus. Local knowledge helpful when plane delayed and organising taxis. Breakfast onsite and close to all that we wanted to see and do with the lake a short stroll.
