It is on the former garden of the owner's grandfather that this fully equipped house is located, with a sober and modern decoration!

The main asset of this gîte is its land of approximately 450m2 which offers a splendid view both over the village of Polignac and also over the hills of the Haute Loire.

For your comfort, the rates include: bed linen and towels, cleaning and charges.

On the spot: visit of the fortress and the village of Polignac where you will benefit from many animations all the year, trade of first necessities.

A few minutes by car: you will discover the city of Puy en Velay and its many buildings classified as World Heritage by UNESCO.

A little further still: This central location allows you to easily explore the Haute-Loire: the town of Brioude, the Allier valley or the Mézenc plateau are 40 minutes from the gîte! On a plot of approximately 450 square meters completely fenced is the maisonette.

The entrance to the cottage is through the living room which is perfectly arranged to accommodate a kitchen, a dining table and a lounge area. A bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with WC complete the gîte.
