We were greeted by a lovely young lady Emanuela She walked us through the apartment and everything we needed to know to make our stay easy and stress free. This place is perfect! Clean and very nicely decorated Short walking distance to the beach and the beautiful town of Polignano. I highly recommend staying here The only thing I would add for the guests is a couple of large beach towels because towels provided are bath towels 10/10!! Thank you Emanuela!

Not a 2 bedroom. 1 1/2 rooms. 1 Bedroom little kitchen with small pullout couch.

I regret to hear about your dissatisfaction. It seems there may be some confusion with another property you’ve stayed at, as your description does not align with the apartment depicted in the photos. I am typically praised for the accuracy between the photographs and the actual space. Furthermore, during check-in and throughout your stay, I did not perceive any indication of discontent. The photos clearly depict a bedroom and a sofa bed, with a door separating the two areas. The apartment is fully equipped with standard-sized appliances, and the terrace is furnished, featuring a gazebo with a canopy providing ample shade.
I would also like to add that 2 wine glasses and 2 glasses were broken without even being notified, but my reviews have been entirely positive towards you, despite this.

The weather didn't allow us to exploit the terrace with it's view. Next time. All in all, we couldn't have asked for more.

Sono stati sempre presenti con scrupolosità ed attenzione per ogni mia esigenza ed emergenza. La locazione dell'appartamento è perfetta e strategica per ogni dove. Certamente da consigliare

New Condo Great Location
Publié le 7 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayThis condo was amazing , spacious and had everything we needed for two people including laundry. It’s new and clean and has a patio off of the kitchen as well as a private roof top terrace. There is free parking in a covered garage which was so convenient for us. Since we were driving, we did not want to stay right downtown. The location here is just outside of the main area but very very walkable and much less crowded. There was some construction happening on Saturday early morning that woke us up but it wasn’t a huge deal.
The hosts were very responsive and helpful and even waited for us until late at night when our trains kept getting delayed over and over again.
Thank you for the fantastic stay, we only wish it was longer!

The apartment internally was great, however it is situated within an ongoing building site which we were unaware of with a 100 foot crane above the terrace area. I use Expedia a lot and was disappointed this wasn’t made clear in the advertising of the property.

The perfect spot...

The host was most considerate and takes great pride in the experience.
Location is just a short walk from the city center but provides a wonderful ocean-view from the private rooftop terrace. Highly recommended option for vacation spot!
