Bel hôtel mais chambre peu pratique.

Piscine parfaite et responsable bar/restaurant très serviable. Peu de wifi dans la chambre. Rien pour accrocher les serviettes dans la salle de bain d’une chambre sans terrasse. La lumière de la salle de bain s’éteint après quelques instants (détecteur de présence mal positionné). Les erreurs dans la fiche de l’hôtel : La plage et le centre ville sont à 3 km donc pas possible d’y accéder en 7 minutes à pied, français pas parlé et animaux acceptés dans l’hôtel.

The location is beautiful. Our room size, balcony and view was great. We had the suite. Front desk was attentive. This hotel can be turned into a beautiful and unique resort with a little investment. Decor is outdated. Our air-conditioning system kept shutting down and front desk had to restart it. The fuse in the room would pop when using the hair dryer. We stayed there for 5 nights and sheets weren't changed. Breakfast was at best a 5 out of 10.

Dear Mr Haleh,thank You for Your review on our Hotel.We are aware that we have great potential and we can guarantee that we are already expressing it, given that the results are excellent.We have the answers to everything if You give us the chance to do.We can guarantee that the investment was important in economic terms.The hotel is new and the best professionals in the sector contributed to its creation, from designers to interior designers.When you say that "the furnishings are dated" we don't understand exactly what you are referring to.It would have been more appropriate to specify what. Because we are talking about new furnishingsWe have also invested a lot in the technology of the Hotel by inserting a home automation system in the rooms.Now, it is obvious that where there is technology there can be some small problems.In particular, we would like to point out that air conditioners turn off automatically when the windows are opened.They turn on again when they are closed.This is because we are also very sensitive to energy saving.The electricity went out when You used the hairdryer because the only socket capable of supporting the power of the hairdryer is the one in the bathroom.This is imposed on us by fire prevention regulations.There can only be one socket per room capable of maintaining that power.Last but not least, we contacted the housekeeping service who informed us that they had replaced the sheets twice during Your 5-day stay.So You didn't tell the truth.In fact, our protocol requires that the sheets be changed every 2 days.This answer is for the benefit of those who read Your review.Regards

Hotel boutique charmoso e distante de Polignano a mare 17 minutos de carro. A propriedade é bonita, bem cuidada e com jardins no entorno. Tem serviço de restaurante. Do hotel você avista o mar, porém esta distante para ir caminhando. Tem um café da manhã bom e servido em um ambiente bonito. A recepção é cortes. Tem estacionamento gratuito e externo. Achei deselegante ter um aviso com um texto bem extenso logo a frente da recepção somente para comunicar que não pode levar as toalhas de piscina para praia sob pena de uma multa. Nesta viagem passei por outros 4 hotéis e foi o único com esta postura, acho que podiam reavaliar isso, mesmo porque clientes internacionais não carregam toalhas em seu transporte por aviões e longas distâncias. No meu quarto as cortinas não vedavam totalmente a luz, então entrava claridade, o que pode ser um problema para algumas pessoas.

Dear Mr Simone,thank You first for Your review on our Hotel.We are glad You enjoyed Your stay with us.About You little note, we want to point out on what You wrote, for the benefit of who will read Your review.We are 2,5 Km far from the town, no more than 5 minutes by car.Then........we have an explanation for everything.Because for every problem there is an answer.In the past we also allowed guests the possibility of taking our towels outside the hotel.The result was that many of these towels were returned damaged or lost, resulting in penalties being charged for the guest.We have therefore decided not to grant this possibility precisely to avoid these inconveniences and above all to avoid charging penalties.Hoping to have been clear and exhaustive, we wish to have You as our welcome guest in the future.King Regards

If You had been in the hotel instead, You would have understood that it is not only "basic".We have various services available: swimming pool, spa, restaurant which You probably don't even know exists.So You shouldn't blame us if You "stay out a lot" and not discover how much beauty the hotel had to offer.We are sorry.
