Villa Ira Finiki, Cypriot villa, is located in Latchi, amidst hushed orchards, within easy walking distance from cosmopolitan Latchi. It offers a sunny private [pool (12 X 6 m), stunning views and plenty of space for a family or party of six (6), accommodated in three air-conditioned bedrooms.
This delightful villa is set on two levels; it is private and provides spacious sunny terraces, well kept beautiful gardens and a marvellous gazebo for outdoor dining, reading that particular book or just relaxing al fresco.


Layout
The ground floor consists of an airy open plan sitting and dining space, with French doors opening onto the pool terraces and the garden, leading to a fully equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with an en-suite shower.
The interior staircase alights on the upper level, featuring two twin bedrooms, with en-suite private shower rooms and balconies overlooking the bay.
All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned, provided free of charge by the owner, although the use of air-conditioning in the lounge area is charged extra. (7.00 Euro per unit per day and payable directly to the owner).

Pool and Terraces
The private pool lies between lush verdant gardens and is surrounded by super spacious terraces, and it can be accessed from both the villa and the parking area.
Next to the pool, a fully-featured gazebo has been established; alongside this lies a Barbecue should you wish to try out your culinary skills, completed by a family feast taken al fresco.


The Location
The sunny surrounding terraces and the immaculate colourful gardens are known and regularly mentioned by both young and old. The choice is yours either spend lazy days at home or take a short stroll down to Latchi Beach.
