All amenities including Latchi Harbour, Yoitis Supermarket, Latchi Beach, restaurants, cafes & gelato all are within walking distance; it's the perfect villa to enjoy your luxury holiday by the sea without the need for a hire car.
Villa Seascape is a 3-bedroom villa set over two floors with a light, modern, and unique layout.
The living room extends to the outdoor terrace where you will find comfortable outdoor sofas and chairs, along with the outdoor dining area and exceptional views of the sea. There's an abundance of outdoor space to relax by the swimming pool or basque in the stunning views from the shaded terrace. Complete with a Cypriot-style ‘Foukou' BBQ and a fantastic games room; boasting a pool table and foosball table.
