Cosy holiday flat in Puerto de Pollenca, only 100 metres from the beach. The flat is located on the second floor and is accessible via stairs. It is a cosy, tastefully furnished flat and with all basic needs covered. It is ideal for a family stay or a couple. It has a double bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom with shower, a very bright livingroom with aire conditioner and a separate kitchen. The entire flat is very bright and has a large terrace from which you can enjoy the beautiful surrounding landscape.
The holiday home is equipped with fans to cool the living spaces.

Puerto de Pollença is located in the north of Mallorca. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. Unlike other holiday resorts on Mallorca, the coast is not completely built up with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a wide selection of cafés and restaurants, clothing shops, supermarkets and doctors.

The old town of Pollensa is only 10 minutes away by car and is by far one of the most popular places in the north of Mallorca. Here there is a wide selection of exclusive restaurants and cafés that cater to the individual tastes of visitors.
Artists from all over the world have been coming to Pollensa for many years to be inspired by the landscape and the Serra de Tramuntana. Numerous celebrities such as Winston Churchill, Agatha Christie, the British writer Peter Ustinov, the German rock singer Peter Maffay and many others have chosen this beautiful place as their holiday destination or second home.
The village's landmarks are the 365 steps and the Calvary, at the top of which is a small baroque chapel from the 18th century. Each step symbolises a day of the year.

Apartamento recomendable
Íbamos una semana al alojamiento y por tormentas eléctricas nos cancelaron el vuelo. Avisamos a la inmobiliaria para que hablasen con los propietarios para intentar llegar a un acuerdo económico (ya que no era nuestra culpa). Nos dijeron que si, pero posteriormente nos enteramos que ni les avisaron. Así que con la inmobiliaria no acabamos contentos. Tuvimos suerte y conseguimos coger un vuelo para ir al día siguiente. El apartamento está muy bien y la ubicación es ideal, es una zona tranquila al lado de la playa. Hemos estado en agosto y había sitio para aparcar en la puerta sin problema. Nos dejaron una botella de vino de regalo, pero como propuesta de mejora, consideramos que hay algún otro detalle que se puede tener en cuenta para facilitar la estancia a los turistas, como dejar más de dos rollos de papel higiénico, dejar sal, azúcar o gel. Por lo demás, la estancia fue muy agradable en el apartamento y lo recomendaríamos. Los propietarios eran muy amables.

Schöne Lage, gute Unterkunft, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit könnten besser sein
Die Lage ist top, wenige Minuten zu Fuß von einem sehr schönen Strand. Das Apartment ist gut geeignet für Familien mit 2 Kindern. Die Ausstattung ist prinzipiell gut mit Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Sonnenschirmen. Die Betten sind alt und wackelig und nicht sehr komfortabel. Rest der Innenausstattung könnte besser sein… Türen schließen zum Beispiel nicht. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit aber für den hohen Preis hätten wir mehr Qualität erwartet.
