Centrally located in Pollensa with wonderful roof terrace views

Perfect for a family holiday. Enjoy the peace and quiet, knowing that the best restaurants and bars are just around the corner.

The house has three bedrooms, two with a double bed, one of which has a desk, and one master bedroom with access to the roof terrace. There is one main bathroom, a walk-in shower in the master bedroom and a downstairs toilet.

There is an open-plan kitchen/living/dining area with dining table, chairs and 4 armchairs in the sitting area.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave, washing machine, a Nespresso coffee machine and milk foamer, and is well equipped for cooking at home.

The kitchen was completely renovated in 2021, the the downstairs toilet was renovated in March 2023.

Free internet access.

The terrace is fully equipped with 2 sunbeds, sun umbrella, table and 4 chairs and a Weber electric BBQ, and has a great view of the town and the countryside.

We of course have a rental licence

Un emplacement au cƓur de Pollensa

TrĂšs agrĂ©able maison de ville avec un emplacement idĂ©al au cƓur de Pollenca . Cet emplacement permet d’avoir accĂšs aux restaurants , bars et boutiques . A mon avis , cet appartement n’est pas conseillĂ© avec des enfants en bas Ăąge (1Ă  4 ans ) ou des personnes Ă  mobilitĂ© rĂ©duite car il y a des escaliers pour monter dans les chambres. Cuisine trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e . . La petite terrasse du dernier Ă©tage est agrĂ©able .

Insgesamt nettes Haus, leider aber mit MĂ€ngeln.

Der Ablauf und die Kommunikation waren sehr gut, der Vermieter hat umgehend auf RĂŒckfragen reagiert. Auch die zentrumsnahe Lage des Objektes ist grundsĂ€tzlich schön, wobei die dadurch bedingte Parkplatzsuche und der „Fußmarsch“ von teilweise 10 Minuten gerade mit Kindern und StrandgepĂ€ck schon nervig sein kann. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung des Inserats, allerdings waren wir mit der Sauberkeit ĂŒberhaupt nicht zufrieden. Vielleicht lag es auch am Reisezeitpunkt (Saisonende), aber bspw. die HandtĂŒcher und die BettwĂ€sche waren schon abgenutzt, der Wasserkocher eigentlich nicht mehr zu verwenden. Auch auf der Dachterrasse mussten wir erst selbst reinigen. UnglĂŒcklich war die Situation in der direkten Nachbarschaft. Oberhalb und unterhalb des Hauses wird gerade umgebaut/renoviert, BaustellenlĂ€rm war an der Tagesordnung. HierfĂŒr kann der Vermieter natĂŒrlich nichts, wobei es schon irgendwie BerĂŒcksichtigung finden sollte. Fazit: Pollenca ist eine Reise wert, das eigentlich schöne Haus ist aber hinter unseren Erwartungen zurĂŒckgeblieben.

Great location

A lovely house in a great location, just a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Pollenca. Perfect for teenagers who want a degree of independence, as the town is quite lovely in the evenings. Lots of great beaches within a twenty minute drive and a supermarket six minutes walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Leider kein Traum

Sehr schöne Lage in einer kleinen Straße von Pollenca. Nur wenige Minuten zur Placa Major. Die Kommunkation mit der Gastegeberin war reibunsglos. Als das WLAN ausfiel, bot sie direkt Hilfe an und am nĂ€chsten Tag kam jemand vorbei. Insgesamt ist das Haus in die Jahre gekommen. Wer viel Wert auf Sauberkeit legt (Staub!) könnte Probleme haben. Ich selbst bin Allergiker und bekam Ausschlag. Manche Fenster liessen sich nicht öffnen oder schliessen, HandtĂŒcher und Bettlaken wiesen teilweise Flecken auf. Sie waren gewaschen, aber dennoch. Unser Aufenthalt war zudem geprĂ€gt von BaustellenlĂ€rm von nebenan und gegenĂŒber. Ab 8h morgens wurde gehĂ€mmert und/oder gebohrt. Kochen konnte man problemlos, eine Platte des Herds war kaputt, aber das war kein Problem. Die Bilder auf der Website sind weichgezeichnet, vermitteln einen anderen Eindruck als die RealitĂ€t. Zum GlĂŒck waren wir nicht im Sommer hier. Die Klimaanlagen hatten durchweg Schimmel und Staub in sich, werden also wenig bis gar nicht gewartet, hier besteht Handlungsbedarf von seiten der Gastegeberin. Sie erließ uns die Endreinigung, das war kulant, aber Schlaf und Erholung fanden wir hier nicht wirklich. Alles in allem wĂŒrden wir hier nicht wieder mieten.

Lovely house in a perfect location

This being my first time using Vrbo, I couldn’t have asked for a better host. Cathy’s communication was very reassuring and informative. The house was exactly how described. It was a perfect size for two (and more if needed) and had all the amenities for a lovely holiday. The house was in a great location for restaurants, bars and shops, with plenty of car parking space just down the road. This is a great place to stay to explore Pollensa and beyond.

The location is perfect. A quiet, typically Mallorcan street. A lovely town house perfectly suited to use as a base from which to explore with good facilities for self-catering too. Careful driving through the very narrow streets! Some so narrow you cannot help but bump wing-mirrors unless you tuck them in!

Fantastisch

Wij verbleven deze zomer 11 nachten in dit mooie huis.Het is een huis waar je gelijk thuis voelt.Het was een hete periode en we waren blij met de airco in het huis beneden en boven.De stad Pollenca is oud,sfeervol en prachtig.Binnen 5 minuten liep je in het mooie centrum.Een minpunt was het parkeren.Daarvoor moesten wij 10 minuten lopen.In de zijstraatjes konden wij geen plek vinden.Een volgende keer zouden we dit huis graag weer boeken:)

Schöne Unterkunft in Pollença, auch mit kleinen Kindern!

Wir hatten mit unseren beiden Kindern (5 und 2 Jahre alt) eine sehr schöne Zeit in Pollença. Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen, wobei es hĂ€tte sauberer sein können. Die Vermieter waren jedoch sehr nett und haben uns einen Teil der ReinigungsgebĂŒhr erstattet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war insgesamt sehr gut und schnell!

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub in toller Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Die Ausstattung in der KĂŒche ist sehr gut. Den Charme erhĂ€lt die Wohnung durch die vielen kleinen Details der Inneneinrichtung. Sehr schön ist die Verbindung der alten GemĂ€uer mit der modernen Einrichtung. Unser Tipp zum Parken: die Straßen oberhalb der Wohnung in Richtung Park wĂ€hlen. Dort sind die Straßen auch breiter.

Great town house in centre of Pollensa

Loved our stay at this great property in the centre of Pollensa. The description on VRBO is very accurate, the house is in a very quiet street, but just minutes from the main square. The house is very well equipped with pretty much everything you need and Cathy was great at keeping in touch and helped with any enquiries. Parking is no more than 5 minutes walk away on one of the wider streets and we always found a spot almost straight away. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Wunderschönes Haus mitten in Pollença

Als wir das Haus betraten war der erste Kommentar unserer Kinder (5+7): "Wow ist das toll hier!" Und so ging es uns Eltern auch. Alle waren begeistert von dieser tollen Unterkunft mitten in Polença. Super KĂŒche, gemĂŒtliche Schlafzimmer, sehr schöne Dachterasse. Die Lage ist fantastisch, ~3 min. vom Marktplatz entfernt. Kurzum: Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt!!!

GemĂŒtlich inmitten Pollenca

Die EingangstĂŒr klemmt zwar ein bißchen, aber dann trittst du ein in einen Wohnraum, der in eine Esszimmersituation ĂŒbergeht und in einer KĂŒche endet. Alles sehr geschmackvoll, zeigt, dass hier EigentĂŒmer mit Sinn fĂŒr Design Hand angelegt haben. Platz ausreichend, und ganz oben unterm Dach ein Idyll fĂŒr Romantiker. Und eingebauter Dusche im Raum, daneben die TĂŒr zur Terrasse mit Tisch, StĂŒhlen und Grill. Wenn dort die Abendsonne steht der perfekte Moment fĂŒr einen Sundowner. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt und Cathey hat sich prima um uns gekĂŒmmert als wir anfĂ€nglich kleine Probleme mit dem WLAN hatten.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in old Pollensa town staying in this typically Majorcan town house within very close proximity to all bars and restaurants. Parking our hire car was easy and we consistently found a parking spot in the large car park at the bottom of the town and enjoyed our stroll up to the House each day after going to the various nearby beaches. We did not take the risk of parking in the streets around Pollensa as many are very narrow and only just possible for cars to pass in some places. Overall, we enjoyed our time in
