It is located in the middle of the term of Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa about 3 kms. Its privileged situation makes that is a few minutes from the beach, supermarket, Golf Pollensa, Cala San Vicente, Alcudia and about 6 km from Formentor.
The property comprises fully equipped kitchen with: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, toaster, sandwich ... laundry with washing machine and ironing board, room with fireplace, satellite TV, wifi. 2 air conditioning, 2 bathrooms with shower and a loft with a sofa bed.
