Hello Charlie. Thank you for providing us a review of your stay. I understand that sometimes our overworked staff cannot always exceed guest expectations and for that, I am truly sorry. We are always looking for ways to accommodate all guests so we do have weekly discussions within the organization for training purposes and to continue to improve guest experience. It appears we have failed you and are sorry. I hope you can understand that what you may have experience is not our typical guest experience and give us a chance to make it better in the future.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay very much. So clean ant thr staff were so friendly and helpful !! Should we ever come back to this area, we'd defstay here !!

Place was old but very clean and it was well kept. Staff was super friendly and it was great UNTIL breakfast time came.
There was hardly no food, the scrambled eggs and sausage was COLD and the pancake machine was broken :(

I am already looking into the matter and will definitely reassess the breakfast procedures and implement more training to the staff.
