This resort is fantastic. Staff was very friendly and helpful, everything was super clean and felt secure. The food and drink options were for mass consumption, but everyone in the family was happy. They have fresh squeezed orange juice in the mornings which is amazing. The pools were too cold to use and one of the kids clubs were closed so it was only partial hours. Additional activities to help get energy used up for the kids since they wouldn’t swim would have been great.

We are so glad that you liked our hotel and everything we have offered to you. The kids clubs are working but it all depends on the weather forecast. The time you have been here the weather wasn't great. We have 2 heated outdoor pools and 1 heated indoor pool(for the colder months). The other pools are made for swimming and cooling down from the summer heat. Our animation program is all day every day for all kinds people and ages.

We were disappointed with the massage, we paid 160 BGN per massage and it was not worth it at all, i have had better massages for 50 BGN, I expected this one to be something incredible for the price but was below average

Mäßiger Aufenthalt - 3-4 Sterne

Eine Seite mit Meeresblick, von dem man aber aus der untersten Gästeetage nichts sieht, Zwei Seiten mit Niemandsland, die 4. Seite Autobahn. Keine Bushaltestelle, 3 x täglich Shuttleservice nach Pomorie. Fußläufig ist in 40 min. nur der Ort Axeloy zu erreichen, auf einer Straße ohne Fußweg, sehr gefährlich. Pomorie ist zu Fuß nicht erreichbar. Ein Spaziergang um das Hotel ist nicht möglich. Ab 15. September sind alle gastronomischen Einrichtungen im Freien und auch der Außenpool geschlossen. Bei schlechtem Wetter (dafür kann keiner was) ist die Hotelanlage ein luxuriöses Gefängnis. Das Bistro hat zwar 24 Stunden geöffnet, am Abreisetag morgens 7.00 Uhr waren durchgeweichte Fischbrötchen und matschiger Kuchen als Frühstück verfügbar. Lunchpaket - Fehlanzeige. Das Speisenangebot war sehr vielfältig, das kalte Büffet hervorragend, die Fleischspeisen allerdings ohne Salz und übergart, die Fischspeisen ebenfalls ohne Geschmack. Im Innenpool Kleinkinder ohne Badebekleidung, das Wasser stark gechlort.
Den Gesamteindruck konnten auch die Bemühungen der sehr engagierten Servicekräfte, denen hiermit Anerkennung ausgesprochen wird, nicht wesentlich verbessern.

Thank you for the time to share your experience after your 11 days stay with us in October! Thank you for the few kind words about our Hotel and the Staff! Your commendations will be passed on to the Employees and the Management. Naturally, we will put the focus to the areas where we can improve and if there is such need, we are determined to take immediate action.
The location "in the middle of nowhere" is considered one of our strongest advantages, as the so called "No Man's Land" are the world renowned "Pomorie Saltpans", home of the "Via Pontica" Natural Reserve providing nesting area for over 150 species of birds! Would you prefer neighboring Bars, Discos, Restaurants, Shops, local Markets, or other achievements of our Civilization? The location is clearly explained in all reservation channels and websites and this should not come to you as a surprise.
Unless the hotel is on an Island, a Cape or a Peninsula, there can be only one side with a view to a Sea and we are not an exception. The room allocation on the 1st floor is also very clearly noted in the 2nd sentence of the Room description, right under the picture: "44 Quadratmeter großes Zimmer, im Erdgeschoss, mit Blick aufs Meer." The Sea is perfectly visible from the Terrace of your room which is facing the fountains, however we agree, that there is a slightly bigger chunk of Sea visible from any of the rooms and suites on the top floor, which you have had the opportunity to book. All the room information has always been at your disposal and we assume that the choice has been made based on the published information. Nevertheless, even if you were not satisfied with the view, you should have shared with any of the German-speaking Staff, either at the Concierge or the Reception your concerns and we would be more than happy to solve the issue and accommodate you to your desire.
The complimentary Shuttle Bus is running back and Forth to Pomorie every single day, providing bus links to any destination in the entire country. Together with that, the hotel is providing safe Taxi services and Car Rentals if you should need such service at your own time, completely independent from the schedule of the Shuttle bus, so you did not have to worry about walking along the roads to the nearby town of Aheloy, which is some 2500 meters away. All these features and transportation possibilities are not exactly a “Luxury Prison” characteristics by any stretch of the imagination.
Regarding the information, that “From September 15th, all outdoor dining facilities and the outdoor pool will be closed”: You were there in October and the facilities were still open, so what is the purpose of this information? None of the 7 outdoor pools closed. The information sheet only mentions this as a possibility in case of bad weather in Autumn, not that the facilities will be closed, regardless of the conditions. Who would need a Beach Bar in the rain or blown by the wind for example?

Great resort with great variety of pools, water slides, its own beach (water is not deep, so it's suitable for kids), spa center with indoor pool and saunas, etc. Fitness center is also great. Everything is sparkling clean and the staff is very friendly. Great work from the entertainment team, my kid loved staying with them at the kids center. Food was ok, good variety and quantity and well organized restaurant without huge queues. Taste could be improved a little, but was ok overall. I also enjoyed the fountains show in the evening. It's very beautiful. All in all great resort that I can definitely recommend.

Great Place

The resort has many things to do. We stayed busy.
There was a nice selections of food, the quality and taste were good for the most part.
It was nice having everything included (booze as well).
I would recommend this resort and would return in future.
