Publié le 23 sept. 2022 sur HomeAwayAppartement très grand avec de beaux espaces. Beaucoup de rangement. Proche des grands axes routiers pour partir visiter. Pouvons se garer très facilement dans la rue avec toujours des places disponibles.
Par contre chaleur dans l’appartement le soir lorsque nous rentrions + mal insonorisé ; les voisins faisaient des travaux …
Je recommande a 100% hôte très disponible par message et sympathique

We had a great time, but not what we expected
Publié le 12 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe learned that the apatment we had rented was in need of urgent repairs, and we were offered a different property, We were expecting to stay in an apartment in the city, but ended up in a house in a suburb near Ponta Delgada. It turned out to be mostly remodeled house, with lots of space, very close to the beach, and walking ditace from restaurants and mercados. Mario was very responsive to resolving any problems that came up, the house was pleasant, and it turned out to be a very good experience.

Publié le 25 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were very happy with the property and its location. The condo was very clean and ideally located to get downtown on foot and in and out of the city by car. Parking on the street was normally easy to find. The balcony was nice a nice feature to have. The condo has no air conditioning and no there were no fans provided. This made sleeping at night uncomfortable. So just providing fans would have made the experience more enjoyable. Where our real problem was with communication with the host and he attempt to place us in a different property. I reached out a few days before our stay for check-in instructions and at that point he informed me there was plumbing issue and we would have to stay in a property 5 km outside of town. I informed him this was unacceptable especially at this late date. Mysteriously after I contacted VRBO the original property was available.

The location was good for walking around and to go out for lunch. We didn't have air conditioning and no fan, so we sleep with the windows open and its very noisy. We didn't sleep well.

Change of Venue
Publié le 14 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayI can not rate this property as we were not able to stay here due to plumbing issues that arose 2 weeks before our trip. The owner kindly relocated us to another property of his, a villa in Populo. He was good about trying to rectify this issue but the property was a different stay. We had been looking forward to staying in Ponta Delgada with a view from the balcony and easy access to the city by foot .
It was a nice home but on a busy street 10 min from Ponta. It was not quite ready for guests, finishing touches needed. We greatly appreciate him trying to fix the situation. It just wasn't a comparable stay. Again, nice home but not the same kind of stay.
