Great hostel, guests were quiet and respectful. Tap cards access the doors and lockers. I would have loved to leave my bag in a locker, but that was not available so I left it under the stairs and came back later for it for an additional 5Euro.

Sorry if your one night experience in our accommodation was not expected. You don't explain why you rank us so low, but I believe it's it was because you haven't been given access to the room as soon as you arrived 7:30 of your flight coming from NY.We understand that you got tired , but you only paid for one night and not two and the room was busy, so our check-in starts at 3 pm, after check out and cleaning process.We had the attention of keeping your luggage, but that didn't seem enough.You wanted to enter the lodging and room but couldn't, I recommend that in future occasions if you wish to access soon to the room check if the accommodation provides early check-in service or set aside two nights, so it will be more convenient for you, but don't want a service without paying .On our part you are always welcome, reminding you and other future hosts that our check-in starts the 3 pm and we keep our right to be able to accept the host before this hour depending on the availability of the room or our team.Passal Hostel & Suites

Nice staff, Paulo gave us a lot of recommendations, breakfast was very limited. Don't forget to bring your towel..
Street is a bit noisy at night.
