Amazing experience!
Can't say enough about this property and our experience with both Armando and Kevin the property manager. House was spotless and well set up when we arrived. Had an issue with the WIFI/cable and Kevin came right over and fixed it. Super friendly and great to deal with. House is amazing, just as the pictures show. The multiple levels, all have balaconies. The back paver patio was a perfect place to hang out and access the beach all day. You really have the beach mostly to yourself. Incredibly peaceful (we're used to crowded long island beaches). Furniture both inside an out is top quality. Drive to downtown St. Augustine is very easy and only 10-15 minutes. It's a really fun city to visit with a great restaurant/bar selection. Publix food shopping is 5 minutes away and very convenient. This was our first ever beach vactation and we couldn't have been happier. 10 out of 10. We plan on returning.

Incredible, Convenient and Private Stay
10/10 recommend!! Ocean Therapy is a beautiful home, exactly as it is described and pictured in the listing (or better!). The home has everything you need from dishes to cooking staples, beach toys, toiletries, ample beach towels and more. The beach is a great place to lay out or hunt for shells (you'll find more treasures than you can possibly carry!). The beds are very comfortable and bedrooms are huge. The rooftop deck is the perfect place to watch the sunset...incredible views!! During our stay there was a tropical storm and the owner called to make sure we were prepared and okay, which was incredibly thoughtful. This house is a FORTRESS and we felt safe and secure the entire time. Location is PERFECT. A short trip to the grocery store and all the attractions of St. Augustine, yet an extremely private beach and neighborhood. Best of both world.

Best beach vacation ever
We have been going to the beach as a family for the last 20 years but as our family has grown we could no longer fit in one condo. We decided to try a house on the beach and boy did we hit the jackpot. This place absolutely met all our comfort needs and the beach was right off the back deck. Highly recommend you give this place a try. Also give Armando 5 stars for his quick responses to all our questions as we booked it and to the end of our visit.

The beach house was terrific. Everything was clean, well maintained and had all the items needed for our stay. The views of the ocean could be seen from every room. The beach was wonderful, just steps away from the house. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Beautiful beachfront property! Great layout with large bedrooms and ocean views for everyone. Home owner and property manager were excellent. We reported an issue and received a response within 5 minutes and a resolution within a few hours. Definitely a premium experience and would go back.

Wonderful beach house!
Ocean Therapy is a beautiful home that allows a top-notch beach vacation. The kitchen has designer appliances and is well supplied. The furnishings are beautiful, comfortable and practical. The upper balcony is heavenly in the late afternoon when the sun is setting in the west and the breeze is cool and steady. The downstairs deck is a wonderful place for lunch or dinner while still being able to enjoy the beach. Armando is an excellent host and obviously cares about his guests having a superlative experience. Highly recommend Ocean Therapy!

Perfect (really perfect!) Family Beach Getaway
Amazing house, with a fantastic floor plan and dazzling ocean views. Every bedroom has privacy, ocean view and a bathroom. The bedrooms open up into an unbelievable two story open space with a first floor patio and second story deck facing the beautiful beach. The beach is wonderful with a decent surf break. Limited public access in the immediate area left us feeling like we had a private beach. Ten to fifteen minute drive to all the fun restaurants, bars, museums and all the other fun things to do in Saint Augustine. This was the absolute perfect place for our family and we hope to do it again. The one negative thing was… just kidding, there was none. Like I said at the beginning … it was perfect!!!

Experience of a lifetime!
I can’t say enough about the experience I had with both the property and the owner. The communication with the owner was impressive and the property was even better than described. Sitting out on back porch was like having a chair right on the beach! Literally no walking over a boardwalk or through some dunes. It was right there! The house was beautifully laid out and everyone had a great night of sleep. I am one of those guests that don’t like seeing dirt in corners or properties that haven’t been cleaned well and honestly there was nothing that wasn’t completely cleaned even in corners, under furniture or on surfaces. This is probably the best experience I have had with a VRBO property with an owner that knows how to do it right.

Griswold Beach Vacation
This house has it all, fabulous ocean views from every floor and plenty of space for our family of 9. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need and there were plenty of chairs and various beach supplies stored in the garage for our use. The weather was perfect so every meal was eaten outside on the patio. Communication from Armando was excellent throughout our stay. This was a great beach getaway for our family, we will definitely return!

Family beach getaway
We booked this house for a beach getaway with our parents and children to spend some time with family who live out of state. The weather was gorgeous, house had everything we needed to relax and have fun at the beach, and the views and peace and quiet cannot be beat! We would definitely stay here again in the future. Beautiful Home
This home fit all our needs. We had 4 adults working remotely and 2 grandparents watching 4 children while they worked. There was plenty of room for us all to spread out and accomplish our tasks. It was great having the beach right outside for us to enjoy. The house was supplied with all the beach toys and equipment we needed, as well as lots of kitchen items. We would certainly stay here again!
