Nice business hotel, couls also be used by tourist

Nice business hotel, well maintained, very good rooms, not noisy, restaurant good but expensive for Pontianak, very good breakfast. However : no masssage facilities except in room, not really comgortable, and then the therapist swiches on the TV to wathch her favorite soap opera. Very poor service from her, to avoid certainly. Location is fine if you have to go to UNTAN, otherwise it is a little bit far from city center. Not really far and traffic jams are not comparable to Jakarta's ones !

Bon hôtel d'affaires

Bien entretenu, chambres spacieuses et agréables, très bonne literie (mais c'est banal en Indonésie). Le restaurant est bon mais très lent, très, très lent.A conseiller tout de même, par sa localisation (il y a d'autres restaurants tout à côté que je n'ai pas essayés) et par son très bon rapport qualité/prix

Family stay

Location convenient to shopping mall. Rooms ok and nice they had a fridge. Quite noisy in room sometimes even at 11.30 pm Staff helpful.

no hot water. pool was dirty. buffet breakfast is so so. room amenities not so impressive. for its level and reputation, it was a disappointing stay
