Publié le 23 févr. 2020 sur Hotelsat first they wanted to put me in a smoking room which I strictly refused.I had an advanced paid booking with clearly non-smoking preference. So they upgraded me to executive room. which was ok, But later came next issue. room was okay, but no
light switch worked to switch off the light at the entrance. I called for assistance starting 10.30 PM. All numbers tried: room service, housekeeping, concierge, no response. I tried again and again till 1.30 AM, finally.. at 2 AM they manage to took out the bulb without any further explanation nor sorry. For me, this is experience is enough to decide not to come again. For the price I paid I rather stay in a place where I know I can rely on fast assistence, on friendly and effective communication.. just imagine if there would be any health issues which needs emergency response and nobody picks up the call.. hotel is not only a bed to sleep, but should give comfort and safe for
the guests.
