We had a wonderful 3 nights, in a comfortable room, with excellent food and a stunning view of the harbour from the dining terrace and our bedroom. A very friendly welcome from reception staff, including a courtesy call the day before. Most of the dining staff, were helpful and efficient. We would definitely return again. We had a lovely time in beautiful Sandbanks and the hotel was in a great location for a walk to the beach.

It’s glitters but it ain’t gold!
Publié le 1 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThis hotel seems to be more focused on the food and drink side of the business for their profit and don’t care about much else. They really overcharge for everything. Two drinks £30! No table service outside. Such a shame as that’s where most people go. Missing a trick there and just making people sad they have to go get their own stuff. The room was small, stuffy, outdated and extremely(!!) tired. Could do with investing in refurbishing the rooms then they could justify the high prices. Disappointed and won’t be returning.

Wonderful view from dining room and deck. Staff friendly and welcoming, and exceptionally helpful.
Hotel is slightly tired but clean. Sheets and towels snowy white. Squeaky and uneven floor in our room needs attention and must have been irritating to room below.
Breakfast was tasty but not four star, although granola bars were delicious. Dinner selection was good.

Excellent views. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good dining options with excellent Chinese restaurant. Great access to beach and harbor. Would definitely go again.
