The holiday house Maria with a swimming pool is located in in the village Dracevac, a lovely place located 6 kilometers from city center Porec with its beaches and a various offer of restaurants, shops and water sports. The house is located on its private ground with outdoor swimmingpool (28m2), barbecue and private parking for 2 cars. The owner lives near the property. There is a magnificent view over an nature, see and beautiful forested hills.

On the 1st floor is a spacious living space with kitchen, dining and living room with SAT TV, bathroom with shower/toilet. The 2st floor consists of one double room with balcony with sitting set, one room with 2 beds and whith a nice panoramic view and one bedroom with double and single bed. There is also a bathroom with shower/toilet. Air condition and wireless internet are available and included in the price .
