Back in the Woods Up a Dirt Road
Publié le 1 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe called the management to tell them that the reservation was for two nights, not one. They told us they had already rented ours for the following night and gave us a lesser room for the two nights, but for the same charge. BTW there did not appear to be anyone staying in our original room! This place is at least 20 minute drive from Port Angeles partially up a one lane dirt road. No food nearby, so travel to Port Angeles for meals. It is a hotel room, so no way to prepare food. Tripped on the main stairs and slammed my head into the wall, because they are not well lighted. Dim even in the daytime. Couldn't find the light switch. This is very dangerous and I believe the light should be on all the time. It is quiet.

A treetop paradise

I was so anxious to see the view in the morning that I woke up the moment a little light broke through the curtain. I got up a walked to the other room and the view took my breath away. I could sit in the living room next to the fire all day and just stare out the massive windows.
The place was so clean, organized, and well decorated. It was very cozy, we will definitely be back.

Didn't know it was so far off of the road
The place was hot and no A/C. Found out someone had left the fire place on. Back door was in the woods. Road to the place was in bad shape. We meet someone on the road it was very hard to get around them.. Tried to leave the window cover open but someone left lights on outside .

Comfort and Beauty
Publié le 10 août 2022 sur HomeAwayThis is one of the most beautiful and comfortable homes I have stayed in with VRBO. Every detail and amenity in the home was well thought out and made our stay relaxing, fun and easy. The pool table and gaming room were my teenagers favorite. Our host was easy to get in touch with and the home guide binder was beyond helpful during our stay. If ever I am in the area again for an extended stay I will absolutely rent this home again.
