Stayed there twice (1N and 2N). During the first time, the WiFi was down and the temperature control of the AC wasn't working. They called me post 10pm when I was sleeping to ask at what time I'll be checking out. I shared my experience during checkout. The manager told me that they'll upgrade my room during the next stay. But the upgrade didn't happen. They showed me the exact room which I'd booked and told me that it's the upgraded room. Other rooms were sold out. I told them it was the same room which I'd booked and even showed them the booking on Expedia. They didn't do anything.
Please don't lie to the customers if you can't fulfill what you've promised.

Also checking with our team we got to know that the Deluxe Room that was offered was the Spacious one as the property has a normal Deluxe Room and a spacious Deluxe Room, also the team assisted and Wifi was working properly in the property. Rooms have nice layout and are okay.
Since I found the towels and bed linen not clean enough I did not want to stay any longer in my room. They were somewhat washed but not acceptable for anyone with higher hygienic standards.
Overall hotel is ok , I guess, and area too. Just couldn’t trust it.

Lovely Hotel

It is a new constructed and very clean property. Only one issue was faced of a little bit noise at night. Overall it was a good stay. Thanks.
