We arrived Seashell neil after staying in 2 other Seashell properties and we thought it will be the same.
We decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, as we did in the past.
From our room we could hear the loud music at the restaurant.
Live music was common for us due to our previous hotels.
However when we entered the restaurant the music was so loud it was impossible the hear neither the waiter nor my partner that was sitting next to me.
We asked to lower slightly the music and the answer was the the supervisor is needed.
After 10 minutes that we saw the whole team making discussions and looking at us and nothing changed with the volume level we decided to leave restaurant and to have dinner somewhere else.
When we came back the hotel after dinner we could hear the music till our room.
This is not the way it should be.
We finished our stay disappointed.
