Une semaine de reve
Publié le 10 mars 2024 sur HotelsEntre amis et famille, chacun dans son bungalow. Des repas pris dans les restaurants ou au bar. Un super spa.Des sorties proposees par l'hotel. Des baptemes de plongee. La mer ( se promenzr dans la mangrove et observer les petits crabes et poissons ), la piscine... pas loin du petit village . Du personnel tres gentil et soucieux dz nous etre agreable.

Food was fantastic, room lighting looks old and need more lighting, most od the staff had been courteous leaving their manager who had to be reminded to be polite and not arrogant near pool side

Delicious Food n helpful staff. Property located nearby to pier, beach is not great. Lighting is dim and need upgradation, pricing looks over priced for the facilities, Was very disappointed with the rude n arrogant behaviour of manager met near pool side

Havelock stay, started low but ended high
Publié le 20 mai 2024 sur HotelsWe had booked in another property at Havelock Island and were extremely dissapointed. We managed to get a chalet at Sea Shell Havelock last room available. As soon as we arrived at the property extremely welcoming staff especially front office manager Ms. Khushboo. She ensured our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Property is well maintained and clean. Would like to specially thank Ms. Khushboo for accomodating a late check out request. We tasted wonderful food at both restaurants Bonova and White Lotus. The staff are extremely kind and pleasant. Also would like to thank Mr. Anuj for a pleasant stay. Thank you to the entire staff at Sea Shell Havelock. You are all doing a great job.

AVIID IF POSSIBLE - 5 Star cost for 1 Star service

This hotel charges 5 Star money, for a 4 Star Hotel but offer a 1 STAR SERVICE !
We had lots of problems with our room which took ages to sort and the staff were very unhelpful .
Spa offers services for 60 and 90 mins but when we used they didn’t give the full time promised and finished 15mins early and then said sorry we are closing ??
I could go on with the amount of issues we incurred but it would be a long list .
Good luck if you choose to stay here !!!
