Publié le 15 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is the SPOT, quiet neighborhood, literally 2 mins to the beach you drive up on, $10 for the YEAR to park your car there. The house is perfectly spaced for privacy and group entertainment! We will definitely be back!

Terrible turnout
Publié le 18 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were able to stay one night and then had to leave because of hurricane Beryl. We were told that we could not get a refund. The house was cute but I wish it turned out differently.

Hi Fawne, we always appreciate hearing from our guests, but the homeowner would like to take a moment to clarify a few things raised in your review: - Our property manager contacted you on the morning of your arrival to advise against traveling due to the expected impact of Hurricane Beryl on Crystal Beach. - Despite the warning, you confirmed you were already en route and intended to check in as planned. - You stayed one night at the property, but due to the hurricane, you decided to leave early. - Given that you traveled to the property and stayed despite our warnings, we regret that we do not feel a refund is warranted under our cancellation policy.Negative reviews have the potential to adversely affect our property owners, and we trust that forthcoming guests will be able to overlook the impact of this particular review.
