Repeat Stay
Publié le 26 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was our second stay here and we plan to return for a third next year! The home is exactly as pictured and so wonderful. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood but very conveniently located to so much. The lanai, pool and canal out back are a gem. Communicating with the owner is a breeze and always pleasant. Can't wait to get back there again.

Great place for our family vacation
Publié le 30 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was a new area of Florida for us after losing the place we had gone since I was a child and my daughter and granddaughters grew up going to each year so it was very different. But the house was great and the kids loved the pool in the back yard!!! There were good restaurants in the area and a great time was had by all!

Haus mit Bootssteg und Pool - herrlich zum Entspannen
Publié le 12 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayEs gab mit Linda & Ernie netten Kontakt im Vorfeld. Alle Fragen wurden schnell & freundlich beantwortet. Das Haus war wunderbar! Groß, geräumig mit herrlicher überdachter Terrasse, die wir sehr viel genutzt haben. Auch abends kein Problem, da der Außenbereich einen kompletten Mückenschutz hatte. Hier gab es einen großen Esstisch und auch eine gemütliche Sitzgruppe. Der Pool war toll & wir haben ihn ebenfalls viel genutzt. Der Bootssteg war das Highlight für meine Jungs. Hier haben sie viel geangelt & gefangen!! Angelausrüstung ist im Haus vorhanden. Vom Baby Alligator bis zur Schildkröte haben wir alles gesehen. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig. Von hier aus haben wir Ausflüge in die Everglades, nach Key West, Sarasota uvm unternommen. Der schönste Strand war für uns der Strand in Boca Grande. Hier haben wir jedes Mal Manetees gesehen und auch Delfine waren nah am Strand. Das war ein Erlebnis. Wir haben uns hier sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus und die netten Gastgeber nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful home!
Publié le 12 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe neighborhood is located close to town but is still quiet. The house was beautiful- clean, spacious, just as the pictures showed. The beds were comfortable and the natural lighting was great! We enjoyed the pool, the outdoor dining, and the canal dock. We will definitely save this home for future stays!

Perfect Getaway
Publié le 25 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was exactly like the pictures on the internet. We were looking for a place to just relax for a few days and this house was exactly what we needed. We loved the bench by the water. Wonderful way to end the day by sitting by the water and having coffee and cookies. Linda was amazing to work with. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect for our family
Publié le 18 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWe came down to visit an uncle that lives in the area. Home was as advertised and bigger than I thought. It fit 3 adults and two kids with more than enough room. We enjoyed early mornings and late evenings on the lanai, many hours swimming in the pool and fishing on the dock. We were close enough to many of the places we wanted to visit like Sanibel island, fort meyers, Sarasota and Venice. Saw lots of wildlife and the neighbor across the canal even hollered for my kids when a manatee swam by. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Home

Indoors is very spacious and the outdoors is spectacular! Love the pool both day and night. I highly recommend this home!
