The toilet didn’t work and no one was available to fix it until we were leaving. The ice machine had no ice. The cereal bar ran out of milk and took forever to refill.

Hotel and staff were great. Only complaint was water in the shower was scolding..

We were charged for a room we never stayed in. The room my employer was given was not cleaned, the door was propped open. The sheets looked like someone had just slept in them. The room smelled of smoke and urine. My employer told the front desk of the situation and they refused to look into it. He asked for a refund and they said they couldn't, that he had to contact Expedia which he did immediately and they said they would need to contact the hotel. They then said the hotel had blocked the number to Expedia. How Expedia can do business with a hotel that blocks their number is incredible and a huge safety issue for your clients. That you would not do everything in your power to rectify this situation is unbelievable. Expedia said they would work to get us a refund and now we're being told they are not able to offer a refund. This is insanity and unethical, and now we are being forced to get a chargeback to recoup our money. We will never use Expedia again for anyone in our network of churches and we travel every week of the year. I can't say enough how disappointed I am in Expedia and this whole process.
