Let me be crystal clear, the staff and housekeepers are exceptional. The maintenance on this property, or lack of, is striking. There’s mold in the caulking, carpet that turns your feet black, rusted out features, water stains in the ceilings. The linens and surfaces are as clean as they possibly can be. The food is good for hotel food and the breakfast room is kept nicely. The staff was friendly, helpful, and greeted us anytime we came in. ***It is not a lack of employees doing their jobs or trying their hardest.*** It’s simply corporate putting zero effort into maintaining the property. We won’t be staying here, or any Country Inn, again but that’s to absolutely no fault of the staff.

Other than certain staff who were friendly and helpful (thank you, Portia!), this hotel wasn't worth the price. It's run-down but had the essentials (indoor pool and breakfast). If you are a light sleeper, not a good choice. We heard traffic, helicopters and trains starting at 5am. Needs better insulation.

I liked the service and our room was tidy and stocked well, the breakfast was very good, they changed it up and didnt keep the breakfast made the same way but it was the same items just cooked differently, but it was good. What i didnt like was, the pool was dirty, but ot was a good temperature, and the beds were uncomfortable, it felt like cheap mattresses, usually we get pillowtops at other places thats why i was surprise, otherwise it was a good stay.

Unplugged from wall at night
(Hard to reach) T V every night. & small coffee pot unplugged & then cord would not reach plug..moved it to another table across room. Ok then. Reported both issues when we left....
