Private: swimming pool (4 x 5 m, depth 100 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Outdoor shower. In the house: washing machine. Steep motor access. Stepped path (14 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 2.5 km, supermarket 2.8 km, restaurant 2.5 km, railway station "LLançà" 7.5 km, sandy beach "Platja de l'Arola" 1.5 km.
