Pleased Christmas worked well for you at Ten at the Beach.. Thanks for leaving our house in great condition, hope you can come back and do it all again next year.

For previous guests' location has been a high lite. The stunning beach 20 meters away at one end of our short street, a bar and restaurant come breakfast cafe in the mornings at the other end just 50 meters away. Beach shack restaurant a further 20 meters. It's a lovely 40-minute walk to town along coconut lined 4 mile beach and take the bus back if tired. The guest falsely stated the Tv room could seat only two guests (a couple, he said) Tv room actually has 2 x 3 seat leather couches that six guests can easily sit in comfort. Hopefully you won't be going just for the TV! House Features; A private pool side cabana/bedroom with own bathroom Further 4 bedrooms all with own bathrooms no queuing! 10-meter pool so you can actually swim! Inside and outside dinning. 6 meters of bifold doors for that inside outside experience. Full kitchen with 3-meter fold back servery to outside, Weber gas BBQ. All set in lush tropical gardens. A MOST IMPORTANT POINT. We are ALWAYS instantly available, with a smile, when sometimes things do not go to plan. In this instance we offered to go to the house to fix a couple of issues that the guests had raised. There was no response. They did not take up on our offer and heard no more from them. We did what we could on the outside issues whilst they were out, remove a loose decking screw, picked up 4 pegs spilt on the deck, Removed a blanket the housekeeper left in the dryer. I also believe the guest has misunderstood our Bali styleing mixed with some antique furnishings for being tired. We call this character. We are accustomed to mostly 5-star reviews To this guest, I respect your right to have a view, but 2 stars, REALLY !!

Silvio was great guest and very patient when our brand new toaster blue the kitchen safety switch and caused fridge to spoil overnight. A new toaster and some replaced lost food cheered their large family group. Pleased to hear Silvio will return nevertheless.
