Attached are the images of the condition of the unit when we arrived.Even the curtains are moulded
Today they had to fix the wash lines, unclog the drains,fix the toilet seats, clean the filth in the apartment and provide us with a decent braai stand.
The 2nd room does not have a bunk bed for the children as the pictures on your website show.
I spoke to the Chundre at top destinations as they handle the bookings for Caribbean Estates and she confirmed with me that during loadshedding there is a generator and we will not be affected by it.
It was a huge concern for us as they have loadshedding 3 times a day for 2.5 hrs at a time (absolutely no electricity at all during the loadshedding times) We have no generator, and our holiday is ruined by the loadshedding 3 times a day as there is no power during this time.
The other units on this property have generators and have lights during the loadshedding
Something needs to be done for this booking as I will not accept this for our holiday.
My daughter and my birthday celebration was ruined!

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the state of the unit on your arrival. The cleaning and maintenance of the unit have been addressed, and we have taken steps to ensure that our cleaning standards and processes are reviewed and improved to prevent a recurrence of such incidents in the future.Regarding the bunk bed in the second room, we apologize for the discrepancy between the pictures on our website and the actual bed available in the unit. We have removed the bunk bed and it is now a double bed, but not believe this will be a problem, as the amount of pax are still the same.In regards to the load-shedding issue, we apologize for the misunderstanding as none of our units have generators and we are struggling to understand where this information is coming from. We understand that the issues you faced have impacted your holiday, and we regret that we could not meet your expectations. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. Take some rechargeable lights, loadshedding occurs with no generator. Great 2min away from wildcoast sun. Situated perfectly. Easy access to beach.

Accomodation is clean and modern. Lounge was not too comfortable and tv was too small. Also no wifi and swimming pool not very big

Thank you for the honest feedback Oliver. We always try to upkeep the unit and ensure cleanliness. As for WiFi - Reception in this area is very good and you can make use of your mobile service data for your connection to the internet. And as for the small pool luckily for the very large ocean to have that great exercising swim.
